Rainbow Unity Officially Launches, Bringing a Dedicated Digital Community to LGBTQ Individuals
Mahoning County, Ohio — Rainbow Unity, a community-first platform built to support and empower LGBTQ individuals, officially launches today, marking a new chapter in a mission that has been five years in the making. Founded by Jodi D'Andrea and Solomon R., Rainbow Unity provides a safe, inclusive, and resource-rich digital space where LGBTQ individuals can connect, learn, and grow.
While the organization's roots stretch back five years, today's hard launch represents the formal introduction of Rainbow Unity to the public complete with a structured platform, tiered membership, and a growing digital community designed to meet members wherever they are in their journey.
"This started as a need," said co-founder Jodi D'Andrea. "We saw people searching for a space where they truly belonged, and we knew we had to build it. Rainbow Unity is that space."
The platform operates across live Zoom gatherings and a digital Skool community under the name Rainbow Unity, offering three membership tiers tailored to different levels of engagement. A free tier provides open access to Zoom calls and community announcements, ensuring the platform remains accessible to all. A paid tier unlocks exclusive workshops, interviews, and educational content curated for the LGBTQ community. A support tier allows allies and members alike to contribute directly to the mission and help sustain the platform's growth.
